TL;DR
The core print stack for a Long Island medical office is appointment cards for the front desk, prescription and sample-request notepads at every workstation, two and three-part carbonless intake forms for new patient packets, tri-fold new-patient brochures covering policies and provider bios, uncoated letterhead and #10 envelopes for clinical correspondence, and security envelopes for billing and PHI mailings. Practices typically refresh the full stack at the start of the calendar year or when a new provider joins.
A medical office that looks unprepared at the front desk loses trust at the first appointment.
The new patient's first impression of your practice is the front desk. The clipboard, the intake form, the appointment card, the brochure that explains your policies. If any of those pieces are photocopied, mismatched, or out of date, the patient registers it. Insurance company correspondence on plain copy paper sends the same signal. The clinical content is the work, but the print is the frame.
Most generic print sites have no stationery range and no idea what a carbonless intake form looks like. Medical office managers end up sourcing pads from one vendor, intake forms from another, and letterhead from a third. The stack does not match.

For mailed PHI, we offer security envelopes with tint patterns that prevent content from being read through the paper.

Frequently asked questions
Are your print products HIPAA-aware? Can I trust you with patient-facing forms?
We do not store or handle protected health information. We print blank form templates and stationery from artwork you provide. PHI is added by your office at point of use, after the printed material leaves our shop. For mailed PHI, our security envelopes use a tint pattern that prevents content from being read through the envelope. Discuss any specific compliance requirement with your privacy officer before placing an order; we are happy to confirm our role in writing.
Can you print prescription pads with security features?
We print branded notepads suitable for non-controlled prescription, referral, and sample request pads. For controlled-substance Rx pads requiring official New York State tamper-resistant features (background pantograph, void-if-copied wording, batch numbers, security thread), contact us before ordering. New York imposes specific security paper requirements that we can meet through a custom production run rather than the standard notepad catalog.
What paper weight is right for clinical letterhead?
60lb or 70lb uncoated text is standard for letterhead. Uncoated accepts pen and stamp without smearing and feels appropriate for clinical correspondence. 70lb is slightly heavier and has more presence in hand; 60lb is the cost-effective default. Both run cleanly through standard office laser and inkjet printers for in-office overprinting of patient-specific details.
How many pages can the patient intake NCR form be?
Two-part and three-part carbonless forms are standard. Each part is one printed page, with the second and third parts being carbonless copies of what is written on the top sheet. For longer intake packets, we typically print a multi-page padded set where each page is a separate two-part form, padded together with a chip-board backer. Upload your exact form layout as a PDF and we will quote the configuration.
Can I order in small quantities? My practice is a single provider.
Yes. Most products in the catalog have a low minimum that fits a single-provider practice. 250 appointment cards, 100 patient intake forms, 10 notepads, single packs of letterhead. The per-unit cost is higher at lower quantities, but no per-order setup fees gate small runs.
