Shipping Policy

7-day-or-less ship commitment

Orders ship in 7 days or less from your approved proof. Carrier transit times are additional. Most orders to Long Island and the NYC metro arrive within 1 to 2 business days after shipping.

Shipping and fees by order size

• Orders under $75: a $25 material freight surcharge applies. This covers the inbound shipping cost from our print partners to our Huntington shop. Outbound shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx) is calculated live at checkout. The surcharge applies to local pickup orders too, since the material still travels to the shop.
• Orders $75 to $150: a $9.99 handling and packaging fee plus live carrier rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx, all shown at checkout.
• Orders $150 and over: free shipping within the continental US for most items. Local pickup orders at this tier still include the $9.99 handling fee (covers picking, packing, and holding your order at the shop).

Large-format freight items (oversized banners, signs) may carry an additional surcharge disclosed before checkout.

Blind shipping

Standard. Your packing slip shows your business name, not ours. Useful for resellers and for clients you want to receive print on your behalf.

International

Currently US and Canada only. Contact us for special arrangements outside this range.
