Yes. The $97 File Prep service and the $197 Custom Layout service are both available as add-ons. If your organization does not have print-ready files, the $197 tier covers one product layout built from your logo, colors, and copy. Adds 3 business days to our standard 7-day base.
Does the 7-day or less timeline work for fundraiser events?
Yes, if you plan around it. The production clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order, and orders ship within 7 business days or less of approval. Most nonprofit event coordinators order 3 weeks before the event date to account for the proof window, production, and delivery. The Delivery Date Guarantee at checkout locks in a specific in-hand date.
Can we get event tickets with sequential numbering?
