NCR stands for No Carbon Required. NCR forms are multi-part carbonless forms where writing on the top page transfers to copies underneath without messy carbon paper. Used for estimates, work orders, receipts, and any handoff where the customer keeps a copy and you keep one. Standard configurations are 2-part (white/yellow) and 3-part (white/yellow/pink).
What weight letterhead is right?
70lb or 80lb offset text is the industry standard for letterhead. Heavy enough to feel substantial, light enough to feed through office printers and copiers.
