Yes. Retractable banner stands, A-frame stands, and large-format displays carry a $24.95 freight surcharge because they ship in long oversized boxes that USPS and standard ground services do not handle. This is added at checkout for the affected SKUs. Flat-shipped items like table covers do not carry the surcharge.
Do banners come with the stand or just the graphic?
Both options exist. The retractable banner SKU ships as a complete unit: printed graphic mounted in a base with a telescoping pole, ready to deploy. The premium and double-sided variants include sturdier bases. The graphic-only SKU is the replacement print for an existing base you already own.
What size table cover fits a standard trade-show table?
Most trade shows provide either a 6-foot or 8-foot rectangular table. Our table cover SKUs come sized for both. Standard fit is a 3-sided drape with an open back; full 4-sided covers are also available. Polyester fabric with full-color dye sublimation print.
How early should I order before a show?
Order the print 14 days before the show date. Print is 7 days from approved proof, plus shipping. For shows in NYC or Boston, plan another 2-3 days transit. For local pickup at our Huntington shop, you can compress the timeline to 8-10 days from order to in-hand.
